Ed began his Strength and Conditioning career as the assistant to Tampa legend Harry Smith, the original Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He is a graduate of the College of Physical Therapy at the University of Florida and has been practicing Outpatient Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy for over 3 decades. Ed's current clinical focus is post operative sports medicine rehabilitation. He regularly rehabilitates and trains athletes at multiple levels of accomplishment from adolescent to professional and recreational to Olympian. Ed founded Athletes Advantage to merge his love of training athletes with rehabilitating injuries.
Lourdes, also known as Luli, graduated from the College of Physical Therapy at the University of Florida and has been practicing Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy in Palm Beach County for over 3 decades. Her clinical focus is the rehabilitation of total joint replacements and traumatic fractures of the upper and lower extremities. Luli is fluent in Spanish and enjoys being the mother of her twin daughters, cooking and anything involving the ocean.
Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. She earned a Master of Science in Business specializing in Branding from VCU's The Brandcenter, one of the nation's top branding and advertising programs. Nicole works with brand development, clientele communication, account management, and program coordination.
Preston, a former Athletes Advantage high school and college athlete, joined the staff as an intern in 2006. While earning his master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, he worked as a Graduate Assistant at Florida State University and completed his final internship at the University of Iowa. He is also a graduate of South University's Physical Therapist Assistant program. Preston specializes in rehabilitation, athlete return to sport training, and injury prevention training.
Aron has worked with Ed and Luli for over 20 years. He received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Sciences with a specialization in Sports Medicine from the University of Florida. He is a Magna Cum Laude honors graduate of South University's Physical Therapist Assistant program and has been a certified athletic trainer since 1998. Aron specializes in total joint replacements, shoulder pathology, lower extremity injuries as well as cervical and lumbar spine injuries. His education and experience have made him a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant especially in the active adult patient population.
